UMAMI薬膳鍋は、野沢温泉周辺のローカルな新鮮な食材を使用した特別な鍋です。体を外から温める温泉と内側から温めるUMAMI薬膳鍋の相乗効果で、体の芯から温まりましょう！
UMAMI薬膳鍋には、地元の野菜、キノコ、豆腐をはじめ、約10種類の具材が入っています。さらに、豚バラ、鶏モモ、薬膳ベースのスープもお楽しみいただけます。

UMAMI Medicinal Hot Pot is a special dish made with locally sourced fresh ingredients from around Nozawa Onsen. Experience the synergistic effect of warming your body from the outside with the hot springs and from the inside with UMAMI Medicinal Hot Pot!
UMAMI Medicinal Hot Pot includes local vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, and about 10 other ingredients. Additionally, you can enjoy pork belly, chicken thighs, and a medicinal soup base.
This plan is available starting from ¥6,000 per meal. Orders for four servings or more are accepted, so please enjoy with your family or friends! For inquiries about ordering or availability, please feel free to contact our staff.
